Creating a binding identity for a community of retirement villages.

IMG (Independant Management Group) is a specialist consultant and management services provider in aged care and retirement. IMG came to WhiteRhino for expertise to create a franchised branding model to suit smaller, community focused villages.

A very specific strategy was developed to enable villages, both existing and new, to buy into a structured yet flexible branding programme – a strategy which was sold and rolled out to five villages in its infancy. WhiteRhino partnered with IMG’s expertise to embed branding disciplines right throughout the villages from entry gates through to branded wayfinding and finally, to customer experience touchpoints.
