Overview
National Aerospace Training is a pilot college with a well established reputation for providing professional training courses that are designed specifically for those who aspire to become first class airline pilots.

Objectives
With a well publicised pilot shortage approaching, National Aerospace wanted to tackle this problem head on and with a very significant offer – guaranteed employment for those successful candidates who graduate. Further objectives needed to reinforce and build stronger brand awareness in the market and drive more traffic to the site.

Solution
The brief challenged us to commence work with a blank canvas, with the goal of designing and setting a new standard in Pilot Training websites. Market research quickly identified a sizeable gap in high-quality, emotive sites that were not just pictures of ‘plane hangers’

The new website presents a much richer, engaging experience, and importantly highlights through content and design, the aspirational and motivational qualities of the potential candidates - while achieving important alignment with other marketing activity.

Technological advances in the industry, coupled with real-life pilot stories and video content helped create an online buzz and excitement for would-be pilots.

Results
As part of an integrated radio and online campaign, a successful 620% increase in visitors, 524% increase in direct requests but the big one, a staggering 1135% increase in qualified sales as a result of leads generated by the campaign - an extremely healthy return on their investment for National Aerospace
