Hawthorn Basketball Association represents clubs in the Boorondara Council area. Hawthorn Magic are the junior representative teams of the Hawthorn Basketball Association (HBA) and is also represented by the Hawthorn Magic senior teams in BigV Basketball league, the biggest in Victoria.
